Green Economy:
- How new technology can accelerate the global goals

Norway Summit 2020 will be more important than ever. The Summit will be one of the first arenas where you can meet business leaders, politicians and driven stakeholders in society post corona restrictions. As per now we only have 200 seats available so secure your seat at the table today!

On Tuesday October 13 at Clarion Hotel Energy, you can expect to hear from world-class thinkers and influencers on the topics covering new technologies, economy and sustainability, and it most definitely will be in the light of the corona crisis the world is facing.

Because how exactly are companies responding to the coronavirus crisis? Is it an historical opportunity for businesses and governments or will it be back to normal? Let’s hear it from some highly experienced investors such as Aaron Gerschenberg from Silicon Valley Bank USA, and from Sebastian Penn from the newly opened Silicon Valley Bank office in Copenhagen. Will sustainable investments continue to gain momentum?
- We will also hear from Øystein Olsen, the governor of the Central Bank in Norway. How has it been being in his position during a time of heavy crisis? What are his prognoses for the economic future of Norway?

And we most certainly will dive into the big picture: what is the state of the global economy and what are the expectations for the near future? We are honored to hear it from one of the world leading experts, Kenneth Rogoff, former chief economist at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and advisor to Barack Obama as well as Bård Vegar Solhjell, Director General of the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation, Norad.
And so what does it take to be a great business leader at a time where the world is moving in a fast phase with new and radical technologies emerging almost quicker than most of can keep up with? How can you as a leader be able to broaden your imagination and decision-making and create new definitions of value-creation that goes beyond profit margins? Business leaders all over the world are realizing their responsibilities to society at large more than ever.

We will hear from Rune Todnem By, professor in leadership at the University of Stavanger and from entrepreneurs such as Brage W. Johansen (Heimdall Power) and Karen Dolva (No Isolation) who are using technology for the good of society.

The program for October 13 will be of excellence, and an important arena for you to be present. Secure your place by reserving a full table (seats 8) or by purchasing a single ticket. Summer-price offers are now available.

Are you ready to be challenged, inspired and make an impact?
- See you there!

“You can’t predict the future, but you can prepare for it.”
