Kristin Fejerskov Kragseth has nearly 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry – from different companies as ExxonMobil, Point Resources and Vår Energi. Kristin started as CEO for Petoro AS from June 1 ,2021, and came from Vår Energi as CEO. She has prior worked as Vice President for Production in Point Resources and Technical Manager for Norwegian continental shelf. Kragseth has held several positions within ExxonMobil, both nationally and internationally.

Her international career in ExxonMobil includes assignments for the ExxonMobil Upstream Research Center in Houston, West Africa Planning in London and Jotun Project Lead in the Netherlands. In Norway, she has held various leadership roles, including Operations Superintendent, SSHE Manager and Public & Government Affairs Manager. Kragseth is a trained marine engineer, with a master's degree from Texas A&M University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Norwegian Oil and Gas (NOROG).
